A group sound therapy session is an architectural build of frequency designed to harmonize the collective bio-field. By leveraging the principles of resonance and entrainment, the session guides participants through a transformative sequence of states—moving from the grounded stability of the physical body to the expansive coherence of the heart.

Before the first singing bowl is struck, the practitioner leads the group through Conscious Functional Breathing. This phase serves three critical purposes: nervous system regulation, physical “hollowing,” and group entrainment.

As the breath-work reaches a peak of relaxation, the practitioner gradually introduces the low-frequency sounds (usually a deep Earth Gong or a low frequency Crystal bowl). Because the participants are now in a Theta-brainwave state due to the breath, the sound doesn’t just “hit” them—it enters them. The transition is seamless; the breath becomes the sound, and the sound becomes the breath.Participants usually arrive with “Beta” brainwaves—active, analytical, and often scattered.

In this phase we intentionally shift the frequency. The sounds move from the heavy, “opaque” vibrations of metal and wood to the “transparent,” ethereal vibrations. We move from the low thrum (20–150 Hz) into the melodic and harmonic range of the Heart Chakra (typically associated with 341.3 Hz or 528 Hz).
You enter deep states of meditation with the help of various sound surrounding you during the session.
By focusing on the breath and low frequencies, you fundamentally alter your body’s chemistry and nervous system state.
As the session moves into the “Heart Bridge,” the benefits shift toward the mind and the “feeling body.
When you reach the “Integrated Flow,” you experience benefits that impact your long-term mental clarity and “vibe.
